Handicappers or Hurdles Every human being is endowed with some talent or the other. The hidden but not apparent talent is to be brought out to be nurtured. Skills of communication - formal or informal and inner personal potential play a major role in ths success of individuals in his life. All oppoptunities are provided to nurture the inner talent of the students to explore their creating thinking by organizing popular lectures, group discussions, periodic serninars by guest speakers from within snd outside the state. Proper scope is provided to encourage the students to cornmunicatefreely witn peers as well as with the teachers. They are trained to put their views, ideas and feelings of free thinking and also appreciate others views.
